AEROLAM Bubble Guard is a multi-layer sandwich board made from eco-friendly polypropylene with two flat faces on both side and a special circular honeycomb bubble structure between them to provide high stiffness and rigidity with bi-directional strength. The circular honeycomb bubble structure core provides an air-lock technology for a cushioning effect to ensure a high strength-to-weight ratio, making these boards tough and durable, yet lightweight.
AEROLAM Bubble Guard is produced by co-extrusion process with multiple layers of virgin polypropylene sheets of plain layers on either sides and a middle core layer having thermoformed bubbles. These bubbles are welded together with specialized technique to get a strong, rigid and composite structure which offers remarkable mechanical properties. . It is also possible to use various combinations of thickness, cell size and materials to adjust the strength according to the application.
