Advantages of Unique Over Air Bubble Insulation & Ultra Over Air Bubble Insulation
- This Unique & Ultra-insulation has an extra layer of XLPE as compared to normal insulation. i.e. Chemically cross-linked, Closed Cell, Polythene foam insulation. XLPE has a thermal conductivity of the best quality. i.e. 0.0329 W/m.K at 23 °C. It is also suitable for a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +115 °C. The presence of XLPE layer in Unique Over Air Bubble Insulation or Ultra Over Air Bubble Insulation will enhance overall performance of temperature reduction.
- XLPE stands out because it remains unaffected by most mild acids and alkalis. It also offers high resistance to ingress of moisture therefore, as a result, its thermal properties remain unaltered with time. This XLPE material is resistant to Fungi and Bacteria attack which is essential in low-temperature applications.
- Air Bubble insulation is suitable for blocking radiative heat. An additional layer of XLPE saves energy for conductive & convective heat loads which in turn gives added advantage and enhances the overall performance of the insulation. Presence of a Unique/Ultra XLPE layer enhances overall acoustic property and helps in reducing rainwater noise in metal roofing when it is applied under deck.
